NF2 calls for doctors, scientists, teachers and helpers with passion, an open mind, a creative-scientific approach and inexhaustible strength. We have the chance to make a major impact in changing the course of the disease. The Merlin Foundation makes an important contribution towards this cause.

I bring my experience and most of all my enthusiasm and motivation into NF research in order to find solutions. Not only has NF research been my job for the last 20 years, but is also part of my life. My dedicated research team supports me with inexhaustible creativity. By collaborating with doctors, scientists, key helpers and ambassadors of NF, together I truly believe we can make a difference.

I have been supporting my son with NF2 on his difficult journey since 2003. The hope to cure this merciless condition inspires me to contribute to this foundation. We need to support research and get it moving to bring relief to the daily lives of those affected.
